Scope of the current public product
The current public ExecuteKit product provides account access, brief submission, and dashboard visibility into research progress. It does not yet provide guaranteed report delivery, MVP blueprints, or self-serve subscription billing.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of executekit.com and any public workflows made available through the site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the service currently includes
- Authentication and account access through Clerk
- Validation brief submission through the dashboard
- Status visibility for the current research pipeline
Marketing claims from earlier versions of the site that referenced guaranteed 48-hour reports, paid tiers, or 14-day blueprint delivery were ahead of the actual product and should not be relied on.
3. Payments
Public self-serve billing is not active on the site today. If you purchase services through a separate written arrangement, payment and refund terms are governed by that agreement rather than this public page.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by:
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
- Uploading malicious code
- Using automated scraping or abuse against the service without permission
- Violating applicable law
5. Ownership and feedback
You retain ownership of the business information you submit. You grant ExecuteKit a limited right to process that information to operate the service. Feedback you provide about the product may be used to improve the service.
6. No warranty
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, flawless research output, or business success based on any information surfaced through the product.
