Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 18, 2026
No public SLA or self-serve billing promise is live
Earlier versions of this site referenced automatic 48-hour delivery guarantees and subscription billing flows. Those claims were ahead of the product. They are not part of the current public offering.
1. Current policy
ExecuteKit does not currently offer public self-serve subscription billing through the website. If you paid for services through a separate written arrangement, refund terms are governed by that written agreement.
2. Product access
Public users can create accounts, submit idea briefs, and monitor research progress in the dashboard. Those early-access workflows do not carry a separate paid delivery guarantee at this time.
3. Billing disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly in connection with ExecuteKit, email contact@executekit.com with the payment date, amount, and the agreement or invoice tied to the charge. We will review the case directly.
4. Future updates
When self-serve billing and customer-facing delivery commitments are actually live, this page will be updated to describe the real refund terms instead of fictional ones.
